Conference Dinner

Wednesday 10 September 2025

Payment Deadlines

In order to receive the early bird registration rate, registrants must register and pay in full by Monday, 30 June 2025, 5:00 PM AEST. If payment is not received by this date, then registrations will be automatically transferred to the standard registration rate.

Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellation of Registration Deadline: 8 August 2025

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. There will be no refunds however, as an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 8 August 2025, without incurring any cost penalty. The host reserves the final decision on a case-by-case basis for granting a cancellation in extenuating circumstances. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registering. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers of registrations.

The conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The host and the Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the host and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
